PS 503 Forms

  • ​PS 503 Consent Form - to inform PS 503 about your child’s photo consent, permission to walk home alone, and permission to go on walking field trips. Please complete this form for each child who attends PS 503.

​

  • PS 503 Student Forms Verification - Complete this form if the information on your Emergency Contact Card and Emergency Pick Up Form from 2022-2023 continues to be correct or small changes need to be made (like your address, phone number or email address).

​

  • PS 503 Student Information Form - to share your emergency contact information and designate the people who are allowed to pick up your child from school.

Uniform Policy

Families have voted for students to wear uniforms for the coming school year. The uniform consists of a light blue shirt/blouse and navy blue pants or skirt.  Uniforms are available at Happy days, Children’s Place, Target, Old Navy and other stores.

Math Resources for Families / Bridges Curriculum

​Looking for resources to support your child in mathematics? Check out the resources below!

  • Bridges Family Support Page - This resource includes information about our school's Bridges Curriculum, including the Math Units of Study on each grade. All resources are available in English & in Spanish.  

  • Math At Home Page - This website includes activities, organized by grade, that uses familiar routines you can do at home with your child. They are available in both English and Spanish.

Technology Family Workshop

In March 2023, we offered a Family Workshop about the Technology at PS 503. Families attended to learn more about how to manage device usage to ensure digital safety online. Parents also explored the apps students K-5 have access to and how to monitor their homework assignments.

Mathematics Family Workshop

In March 2023, we offered a Family Workshop about the Bridges Mathematics Curriculum at PS 503. Families attended to learn more about how math is taught on their child's grade and to learn strategies for helping with homework. Check out the slides for each grade level to learn more!
